Effective October 6, 2026. These terms apply to your use of this website and purchases from Furlight, operated by Ziaire Anderson, Plainfield, Indiana.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars. Discounts shown (multi-buy and kit savings) are calculated from our everyday prices. Sales tax is added where required.

Shipping and returns

Product information and safe use

We try to describe products accurately, including measured sizes. Pet products should be used as described and under supervision. A car hammock isn't a safety restraint. Check with your veterinarian about your pet's specific needs.

Warranty disclaimer

Apart from our return and fit commitments and any warranties required by law, products are provided "as is." Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
