Privacy policy
Effective October 6, 2026. This policy explains how Furlight ("we"), operated by Ziaire Anderson, Plainfield, Indiana, handles personal information.
What we collect
- Order information: name, shipping address, email, phone (if given) and the items you bought. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never receive your full card number.
- Messages you send through email or our contact form.
- Waitlist sign-ups: your email and the products you're interested in, used only to tell you when orders open and about Furlight launches. Unsubscribe anytime and we delete it.
- Usage data: privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies) and, if enabled, Microsoft Clarity session analytics to improve the site.
- Cart contents saved in your own browser's local storage.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order. This includes sharing your name, address and phone with our fulfillment partner and carriers.
- To send order and shipping emails.
- To send marketing emails only if you opt in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Stripe (payments), our fulfillment partner (e.g., CJdropshipping), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), our email provider (e.g., Brevo) and, if enabled, Microsoft Clarity. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
We don't sell your data
We don't sell or rent personal information. We don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we tell you first and give you a way to opt out.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing furlight.help@gmail.com. Depending on your state (for example, California), you may have additional rights. We won't discriminate against you for using them.
Retention
We keep order records as long as tax and accounting laws require, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Children
Our store isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
