Shipping policy
Effective October 6, 2026.
Where we ship
All 50 US states, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows it. Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes may take longer.
Cost
Free on orders over $35.00 (after discounts, before tax). Otherwise a flat $4.95 per order.
Timing

Each product page shows its own delivery window. If we can't ship within the time we stated, we'll email you before that date with a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund, as the FTC Mail Order Rule requires.
Holiday orders
To receive items by December 24, order by December 1. Orders after that are welcome, but we can't promise arrival before the holiday.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking email when your order ships. You can also check on our order tracking page.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or an item arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll reship or refund.
Duties and taxes
Prices include any import duties on items shipped to you. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
